Community (Traditional) Midwifery prioritizes individualized care, true informed consent/decision making, and a trusting relationship between midwife and mother.

Appointments are more then just monitoring- they are an opportunity for connection and guidance toward physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Meet Your Midwife

I have been involved in birth work in our community since 2017, first as a doula, then slowly began making the transition to midwifery in 2019.

I believe wholeheartedly in the perfect harmony that is physiological birth and the motherbaby dyad.

I also believe that birth (and most things that keep us in our power and sovereignty) were systemically stolen from us. It is my hope to guide and support you through the process of taking it back.
